•Enhance -  General feature for built In reports - If selecting codes - option to list:  All, Active, or Inactive

•Enhance - New Field on Donors info - Send Email (Yes/No) and Email Note - why it was set to no

•Enhance - Mail Note - why Send Mailing has been set to no.
